Now, where was I?
I'd heard about memory playing tricks on you, but this was definitely a first to me!
I was on my way to San Francisco for an important meeting a few weeks. I'd been working on my presentation for weeks. As I took the 9th Street exit to downtown SF... I couldn't remember why I was there! It took me a few minutes to get my thoughts in order and finally made it to my appointment.
Well, I didn't like that brain wrecking experience one bit! So, after talking to my doctor, I decided to do something about it!
What I found out was that Science and History "prescribe" Curcuma Longa for memory loss, a simple, ordinary plant that can be found in most kitchen's spice rack. Can you guess which one? Let me tell you more about this in person.
